1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 22phbet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created through the 22phbet registration process.

• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event offered through 22phbet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required to activate full account functionality and process withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the principal gaming regulatory body of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "PST" refers to Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), the time zone used for all platform operations and transaction timestamps.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 22phbet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, form the entire agreement between the Player and 22phbet. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you expressly confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms & Conditions in full;
2. You understand and accept them without reservation;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and
4. You are entering into this agreement voluntarily and not under any form of duress or misrepresentation.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the moment you create a 22phbet account and remain in force for the duration of your relationship with the platform.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a 22phbet account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account;
• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register player accounts);
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction of residence;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 22phbet or its affiliated game providers;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through 22phbet tools or imposed by any competent gaming regulatory authority; and
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

22phbet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by 22phbet support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 22phbet platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balance held in duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture.

4.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 22phbet login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 22phbet will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and 22phbet bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

22phbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, provision of false registration information, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or regulatory requirements.

5. KYC & Verification

22phbet is committed to responsible and compliant gaming operations. As part of this commitment, the platform operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification is required before a Player may process their first withdrawal and may be required at any point during the account lifecycle at 22phbet's discretion.

5.1 Acceptable Identification Documents

Players must submit at least one (1) valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document from the following list:

• Philippine Passport
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
• SSS / GSIS ID
• PRC ID

5.2 Proof of Address

22phbet may require a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document not older than three (3) months confirming the residential address provided during registration.

5.3 Source of Funds

For accounts with cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds, 22phbet may request evidence of the lawful source of funds used for wagering. This is a regulatory obligation and is not optional. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation will result in account restriction and withholding of pending withdrawals.

5.4 Processing Time

22phbet endeavours to process KYC submissions within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing information, which resets the processing window.

6. Deposits

22phbet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 22phbet, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.

7. Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remaining on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.

7.1 Processing Times

22phbet targets the following withdrawal processing timelines for KYC-verified accounts:

• GCash / Maya: Within 5–30 minutes for standard requests during PST business hours;
• QR Ph / GrabPay: Within 1–3 hours;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within 1–3 banking business days;
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ: Within 1–3 hours (subject to cash-out limits);
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–7 banking business days (subject to issuing bank processing times).

Processing times are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

7.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 22phbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

7.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal requests may be withheld or declined where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is an active investigation into suspected fraudulent activity; (c) the withdrawal would breach applicable anti-money-laundering obligations; or (d) active bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

22phbet offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and met any promotional eligibility criteria;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn;
• Wagering Requirements apply to Bonus Funds and, where specified, to the associated deposit amount;
• Bonus Funds expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms;
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• 22phbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Players who attempt to abuse promotions — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting strategies, or coordinated play — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

9. Betting Rules

22phbet offers sports betting markets on PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, volleyball, and other sports and events as determined by 22phbet at its sole discretion. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the platform.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 22phbet. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed to the Player. 22phbet reserves the right to refuse any bet, reduce stake limits, or void bets where technical errors, odds compilation errors, or market integrity concerns are identified.

9.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 22phbet in circumstances including: manifest odds errors; abandonment or cancellation of the relevant event; technical failure during bet placement; or confirmed evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation. Void bets are refunded to the Player's account balance at the staked amount.

9.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to automatic suspension during critical moments of an event (e.g., last two minutes of a PBA quarter, round changes in boxing). Bets placed during a suspension window will not be accepted. 22phbet bears no liability for internet latency or connectivity issues that may affect a Player's ability to place in-play wagers.

9.4 Maximum Payouts

22phbet applies maximum payout limits per event and per day across all sports markets. These limits are published within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted at 22phbet's discretion. Winnings exceeding maximum payout limits will be reduced to the stated maximum.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22phbet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without express written authorisation from 22phbet;
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or other multiplayer environments to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage or matched betting strategies using Bonus Funds;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 22phbet support staff or other users; and
• Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

11. Responsible Gaming

22phbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. The following tools are available directly within every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 22phbet platform. Self-excluded Players may not register a new account or attempt to circumvent the exclusion by any means.

Players who have self-excluded and attempt to re-register will have all associated accounts closed and any deposited funds returned, minus any amounts wagered prior to detection. 22phbet takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and will not reactivate a self-exclusion without the appropriate cooling-off period and re-evaluation process.

12. Privacy

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Players to 22phbet is governed by the 22phbet Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

22phbet complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

13. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, game titles, and other intellectual property accessible through the 22phbet platform are either owned by or licensed to 22phbet. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 22phbet intellectual property without express prior written consent.

You may not frame, mirror, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the 22phbet platform for commercial purposes. Violations of this section may result in legal action in addition to account termination.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 22phbet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

22phbet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, maintenance windows, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 22phbet's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Errors in odds or game outcomes corrected pursuant to Section 9 of these Terms; or
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship at any time. Players may close their account by contacting 22phbet support via live chat or the support email address. 22phbet may terminate or suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where it reasonably determines that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or where required by applicable law or regulation.

Upon termination of a Player's account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC or compliance review. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

16. Amendments to These Terms

22phbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the 22phbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure per Section 15.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the 22phbet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact 22phbet support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the initial written notice, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
